In addition to approving the closure plan, the company continues to make significant progress in obtaining permits for the project. In August 2023, we received an Endangered Species Act permit and in September received environmental compliance approval for air and noise emissions from the Marathon Project from the Department of Environment, Conservation and Parks. Additional permits and approvals are expected to be received in 2023.
