Critical Metals Corp. (NASDAQ: CRML) has announced the finalization of an agreement to acquire a 100% interest in the Tanbreez Rare Earth Project in southern Greenland. The $835 million all-stock transaction involves the acquisition of European Lithium Ltd (ASX: EUR), consolidating Critical Metals’ control over what is widely considered one of the largest undeveloped rare earth deposits in the Western world.
